This was one of the prototypes we built along the way. It didn't make the final build, but we found it worthwhile to share anyway.
The Midnight Club are a club, three creative houses orbiting one core, so we tried building a galaxy: three glass-and-chrome worlds drifting in slow loops around the TMC centre. The hard part was the stuff that sounds trivial. How fast is "calm but alive"? How do three objects share one orbit without colliding? What makes a sun feel warm and a chrome mark feel cold? We chased the point where motion stops reading as animation and starts reading as atmosphere.
The fun started once it moved. A brand glides to centre stage on click while the rest fade into the dark, behaving the same on a big monitor or a phone on the train. A few gremlins got squashed along the way, and then it just ran on its own. It's the kind of thing you catch yourself watching a minute longer than you meant to, which, for us, is the whole point.
